Celebrate International Mud Day from noon to 5 p.m. June 29 at Eugene T. Mahoney State Park. Join park naturalists at the Outdoor Pavilion for a fun-filled day of discovery, excitement, education and MUD.
Activities will include:
Mud Pie Making: Seek ingredients during a walk, then squish through a mud-pie recipe, all while learning about soil.
Mud Art Masterpieces: Make a mud masterpiece at a finger-painting station.
Dig Site and Explore Zone: Plan to get plenty of mud all over yourself as you dig for dinosaurs and artifacts in our prehistoric mud pit.
Mud Slide: A classic slip and slide adventure with a muddy twist.
