First Day Hike at Windmill State Recreation Area

Join us for a First Day Hike at Windmill SRA to kick off the new year!

Meet at the Trail Head parking area near lake #1 at 3 p.m. for this easy 1.5 mile hike. Keep an eye out for deer, rabbits, birds and other wildlife along the way!

Remember to bring warm clothing, appropriate footwear and water bottles! Dogs are welcome on a 6 foot leash.

A valid 2023 Park Entry Permit is required.
