Join us on the water this summer at Louisville State Recreation Area on Tuesday, June 9! Certified Instructors will teach basics of kayaking, including safety, equipment, water entry/exit and paddling strokes.

Three sessions offered (10 a.m. to noon, 2-4 p.m., and 6-8 p.m.). Pick the time that works best into your schedule.

Becoming an Outdoors Woman paddling workshops are open to ladies who are over age 18 and are new to the BOW kayaking program. All equipment will be provided for participants, but you are welcome to bring their own kayak &/or life jackets.
