Join us Friday October 2nd 2026 from 10AM-12 PM at Mahoney Park Shelter #1 in Lincoln (first shelter near the entrance of the park) for a fun\, relaxed morning of outdoor education & exploration designed for toddlers and preschool-age children. \nMeet native reptiles\, catch local insects\, discover skulls and pelts\, and unwind with coloring in the fall breeze. \nQuality time in nature has several benefits for young children. This includes increasing creativity\, problem-solving skills\, plus intellectual\, social and physical development. Adults benefit from more outdoor experience too! So\, let’s make the most of this quiet morning in our local environment.
