DESCRIPTION:Add excitement and variety to your range practice by joining our indoor archery league! \nThe league will meet at 7 pm on Thursday evenings for 8 weeks\, February 12 – April 2. If you can’t make it one week\, feel free to drop in during the center’s open hours and shoot the round. All targets must be shot at the Outdoor Education Center. \nEach week will be a different round\, with scores recorded\, and a cumulative score for the series. Target face and distances will accord to each round’s rules for ages and bow style. \nBow styles will be:\nCompound\nBarebow / Traditional / Genesis (not NASP)\nRecurve\nNASP (will shoot a standard NASP round each week – up to 19 years old) \nIndividual prizes will be awarded by drawing ‘tickets’. Tickets are earned by attendance\, top score each week\, most overall improved\, and top overall score. The number of prizes awarded will depend on number of entries (minimum of 1 prize per 5 entries). Weekly top score tickets will be awarded for each bow style represented. Final cumulative scores tickets may involve combined divisions\, depending on participation. \nAges 8 and up. Previous archery experience required. \nParticipants without personal equipment may opt to use a rental bow (or if taking a class\, their class bow). \nSign up for all 8 weeks at once for $60 (20% discount for annual pass holders)\, or pay at the door for $9 per attendance. \nREGISTER NOW \nPlease call us at 402-471-6141 if you experience difficulty with registration.

DESCRIPTION:REGISTER HERE \nCheck in begins at 5 pm / ends at 5:45 pm; practice and scoring begin at 6 pm. \nMEMBERSHIP\nThe tournament is open to all USA Archery members as well as archers with no affiliation. Eligible USA Archery members can earn qualifying pin scores (pins are to be physically awarded by your home club – please check with your coach). SUMMARY:The Salt Flats Shoot 2026
DESCRIPTION:REGISTER HERE \nWhat happens in Lincoln\, stays in Lincoln \nSo\, that Vegas Shoot? Honestly\, it’s not for everyone. But if you still want to compete Vegas-style – with a chance to win payouts – we’ve got you covered right here in Lincoln. \nAttend a regional version of the internationally-attended Vegas archery event – our shoot will follow the same rules as much as our space and schedule allow.* This indoor target archery competition will feature a Vegas Round elimination\, shoot-offs\, and the chance to win some dough! \n$30/archer for Open division\, $15/archer for Young Adult and Junior divisions. Young Adult/Junior archers may opt to register for the Open division in order to compete for payouts. \nThis is a preregistration link to reserve your spot. Cash or check payment for your entry is to be made during check-in. \nArcher check-in and walk-in registration is from 3-3:45 pm. Spots for walk-ins are not guaranteed. \nThe Vegas 450 line starts at 4 pm for all competitors. Fifteen ends of 3 arrows (45 arrow total). Junior or Young Adult Barebow\, Recurve\, or Outlaw shoot on 60 cm single-spot face with 10 through 1 scoring. All Open and all Bowhunter or Compound shoot on either the 40 cm Vegas three-spot target face with gold-red-blue (10-9-8-7-6) scoring areas or the 40 cm single-spot face with 10 through 1 scoring. \nShoot-offs among top 4 in each division/style (including Junior & Young Adult) will begin once the Vegas 450 round is complete. \nVertical three-spot targets will be used in shoot-offs for all Open bow styles except Barebow and Outlaw. Barebow and Outlaw shoot-offs may opt to use single-spot or vertical targets. \nAll divisions are coed and compete at 20 yards. \nREGISTER HERE

DESCRIPTION:Join us for the Turpin Outdoor Education Center’s Pistol Matches on March 28\, 2026. \nThis stand-alone match is open to pistols from all manufacturers. All matches are shot from a one-handed standing position. See information below about courses of fire. \nThis month’s matches will be: \nFree pistol (.22) NRA Sectional \nStandard pistol (.22) NRA Sectional \nCMP Air Pistol \nCompetitors may shoot one\, two or all three matches. First entry is $25\, second is $12\, and third is $10. This month’s Free Pistol Match and Standard Pistol Match are official NRA Sectionals with an additional $5 competitor fee each. \nFor target\, distance\, rounds\, and timing summary\, see below. Complete event rules can be found here. \nSCHEDULE \nSaturday\, March 28: Relays available for Free Pistol\, Standard Pistol\, and CMP Air Pistol from 8 am to 12 pm. Select relay during registration. \nPRIZES will be awarded for first place in Free Pistol\, Standard Pistol\, or CMP Air Pistol matches. Additional prizes may be awarded by random drawing. \nMATCHES \nCompetitors may shoot an official entry in all of the matches. \nFree Pistol \nAlso called 50 Meter Pistol. Open to any .22 caliber rimfire pistol with open sights; see rulebook for complete gun specifications. There is a 15-minute preparation and sighter period prior to record shots. All 60 record shots fired within 1 ¾ hour (105 minute) time limit. Uses target B-11 at 50 feet. \nStandard Pistol \nAlso called 25 Meter Pistol. Open to any .22 caliber rimfire pistols with open sights; see rulebook for complete gun specifications. Five sighters may be fired in a 150 second time limit. This is a 60 shot match divided into 3 stages. \nStage 1: 5 shots in 2.5 minutes [150 seconds]\, 4 times = 20 shots \nStage 2: 5 shots in 20 seconds\, 4 times = 20 shots \nStage 3: 5 shots in 10 seconds\, 4 times = 20 shots \nUses target B-33 at 50 feet. Course of fire takes about 30 minutes to complete. \nCMP Air Pistol \nOpen to .177 caliber air pistols with open sights; see rulebook for complete gun specifications. There is a 15-minute preparation and sighter period prior to record shots. All 60 record shots fired within 1 ½ hour (90 minute) time limit. Uses standard B-40 10 meter target. \nREGISTER HERE
