DESCRIPTION:Learn all about fish at the Beginner Fishing Fair at the James Family Conservatory at E.T. Mahoney State Park on Tuesday\, Sept. 30! Stop in between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. to check out the stations where visitors can learn all about fishing and participate in fishing-related activities. All ages are welcome; youth must be accompanied by an adult. \nVisitors can: \n-get a youth fishing permit \n-learn about Nebraska fish species \n-make a fishing lure \n-practice casting with backyard bass \n-learn how to tie fishing knots \n-create fishy art \n-and more! \n  \nA Nebraska state park vehicle permit is required for entry.
