The Wildcat Hills homeschool programs will meet once a month at 10 a.m. MT at the Wildcat Hills Nature Center. Certified staff will lead various programs each month that will showcase a different theme; focusing on ecosystems, animals, adaptations, and habitats found only in western Nebraska. Activities will focus hands-on learning and observations, targeted to your students’ learning.
These programs will be conducted rain or shine, so be prepared for the unpredictable Nebraska weather! A valid Nebraska Game and Park Entry Permit will be required for this FREE program. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
On March 14, the theme will be Powerful Prairie Dogs. Discover the role prairie dogs play in the prairie ecosystem and the habitat they provide.
