The Big Sit at Wildcat Hills

Stop and sit awhile at this very relaxing birding event at the scenic Wildcat Hills Nature Center. From the comfort of our chairs, we will record all the bird species we observe. Budding birders are welcome and we will have binoculars for anyone to use. Plus, the Bird Conservancy of the Rockies songbird banding station will be open for folks to learn about and observe the banding process. Come sit back, relax, and enjoy the birds of the Wildcat Hills.
This is a FREE event, but a valid Nebraska Park Entry Permit is required.
