Science of…Seeds & Leaves

FREETree identification can be super difficult, but something what makes it even easier to identify species is seeds and leaves. Seeds like pincones, and sweetgums are easy to spot, but what about acorns, and sycamores, and hackberry seeds? Trees are so vastly diverse here in Nebraska and we will need a whole Science Of episode to talk about the characteristics surrounding seeds and leaves. Here, we will get into identifying trees by leaf seed shapes. We will also learn about how the seeds are spread and pollinated. Join us for this fun and engaging Science of episode!
