Science of…Dragonflies & Damselflies

February 2 @ 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm

FREE
Dragonflies and damselflies belong to the order Odonata, which means “toothed ones”. This order includes some of the most ancient and beautiful insects that have ever roamed the earth, as well as some of the largest flying invertebrates ever to have lived. These are also some of the most popular insects due to them being easily observable and having exceptionally charismatic behaviors. In this Science Of we will be breaking down the differences and similarities between dragonflies and damselflies. Both very common, but still completely ignored. Don’t miss this episode, come join us!
