Science of…Canids

November 2, 2023 @ 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm

FREE
Most of us probably have a canid in our house- or two, or three. Canids are some of the most common pets in the world, but what about their cousins, the jackals, wolves, coyotes, foxes, and dingoes? These animals are in the order Carnivora and have had a long history not only with people, but in general. Normally these animals are social but they can form packs and family groups. In this Science of we will be exploring the different types of canids in Nebraska and some interesting adaptions and tricks these animals do, and I’m talking more than just sitting and shaking.
This is a FREE event, however, registration is required to attend. Use this link to register: Register HERE!
