Norfolk-Madison County: City Nature Challenge

Free!What birds are singing in your neighborhood? What insects are visiting your garden? How many types of trees are on your block? Join cities from around the world in documenting the wildlife that calls our urban environments home during the 2022 City Nature Challenge.
Participants across the globe will be exploring their homes, gardens, and parks to find and record as many different types of wildlife as possible April 29- May 2, 202. Observations will be uploaded through the app iNaturalist and sorted into participating cities projects.
The fun continues May 3- 8, 2022 when anyone from anywhere can help to identify the recorded observations. Anyone can participate in this collaborative community science effort!
