October is Reptile Awareness Month in Nebraska and to celebrate we are hosting, yet again, our K-12 art contest!
Young artists in grades K-12 may submit their original artwork of a Nebraska native reptile anytime from Monday September 6-Monday October 18th at the submission page will be closed until the start of the contest in September. Each student that submits a digital piece of artwork will receive some reptile “swag.”
Winners from each grade level will be selected by Game and Parks staff and will be showcased at Hardin Hall (UNL campus- Lincoln) on National Reptile Awareness Day on October 21.
