Ladies Day on the Range
Join us Saturday, April 25 at Platte River State Park, Heritage Education Complex for Ladies Day on the Range.
Grab your girlfriends and spend the morning building confidence, learning new skills, and enjoying time together in a welcoming, supportive environment. Participants will have the opportunity to try archery, shotguns, and handguns with guidance from certified instructors who cover safety, aiming techniques, and shooting fundamentals.
Whether brand new or experienced, women of all skill levels are invited to connect, learn, and have a memorable day on the range.
As an added bonus, Platte River State Park staff will be serving lunch made in a cast iron Dutch oven. A free will donation will be taken. After lunch everyone is welcome attend a guided hike on the park’s wonderful trails.

- Turpin Outdoor Education Center, Lincoln | Archery, .22 Rifle & .22 Handgun | 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
- Ponca State Park, Ponca | Archery, Pellet Gun & Shotgun | 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
- Big Mac Sports Club, Ogallala | Shotguns | 9 a.m. – 11 a.m. (Mountain Time)
