In conjunction with the Radler Bicycle Festival (June 18-19) and International Picnic Day (June 18), Arbor Lodge is hosting a special History of Bicycles and Picnics Display. Learn about the early history of bicycles through photographs, displays, and newspaper articles, as well as the late 19th century bicycle clubs and races throughout Nebraska.

It’s also the perfect opportunity to uncover the history of picnics and picnic baskets. Feel free to pack a picnic, enjoy a stroll through the park, and enjoy several yard games (including croquet, yard darts, checkers, and bocce ball), which will be available to play on the front lawn of Arbor Lodge.
