Join us for a spooky good time at Fort Robinson State Park’s Haunted Halloween! The event will be on Halloween — Thursday, Oct. 31 from 4:30-6:30 p.m. Mountain Time. The park will be offering one night of FREE camping on Halloween night! To reserve a site, contact the park’s headquarters at 308-665-2900.
–Camp & Candy/Trunk or Treat at Soldier Creek Campground: The public is encouraged to serve trick-or-treaters from their campers, cars, pickup trucks, trailers or other vehicles. Spots with 30-amp electricity will be available at the Parade Ground.
–Pet Costume Contest at Soldier Creek Campground: Bring your pets in their clever costumes! Remember, dogs must be on a 6-foot leash at all times.
–Group/Individual Contest at the Activity Center
–Haunted House: prepare to get spooked at the Activity Center!
–Campsite Decorating Contest: A prize will be awarded for the best-decorated site!
Visitors can also enjoy a hot cup of chili and a roll for $5 at the Picnic Shelter.
The event is open to the public but a Nebraska state park entry permit is required for vehicles.
