PRIZES
A Glock pistol will be awarded in a random prize drawing after completion of all three matches. A ticket in the drawing will be generated for every competitor’s first division entry and/or secondary division entry, once they have shot the same entry for a minimum of two out of the three matches.
For each division, ONLY the first entry shot will be placed in each month’s match result rankings. Secondary division entries are not ranked and cannot replace a primary score. Monthly ranking results will be provided after each match. ONLY the first course of fire will be eligible for the 500 or the 250 (Pocket GLOCK) Club ranking.
For final series results, any competitor with two or more ‘first’ entries per division will have their top two division scores averaged for rank.
During a League competition, where there will be more than one match, the scores are totaled and averaged at the end of the 3-match series. If a shooter shoots in only 2 of the 3 matches, their scores are totaled and divided by 2. If they shoot in all 3 matches, their highest 2 scores are totaled and divided by 2.
The result is one final score for each shooter, which is then listed in the overall order in which they finished from highest to lowest. For Stock awards, the GSSF League uses the Lewis prize allocation system to distribute awards as equitably as possible. The overall results are divided into thirds (i.e., the top one-third is A class, the second one-third is B class, and the third one-third is C class). Plaques will be awarded to the top competitor of each class for the Stock division.
First place plaques will be awarded for Unlimited, Pocket, Rimfire, and MOS divisions, and special recognition categories Woman, Senior (55+), and Junior (<18) in the Stock division.
Other prizes awarded include knives, t-shirts, and caps.
