Everyday is Earth Day when you practice conservation year round! Stop into the James Family Conservatory and Nature Center on Wednesday, April 22 any time between 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. to celebrate earth day with our park naturalists.

Explore table activities that will teach about conservation practices you can do at home. Plant a seed, sort some recycling and learn how to “Leave No Trace.” You’ll also learn about what NOT to do, like feeding wild animals or collecting things like nests or feathers from nature.

This event is open to all ages. A valid Nebraska state park vehicle permit is required for entry.
