Due to poor ice conditions and a forecast for dangerously cold weather on the day of the event, this ice fishing event has been cancelled. There will not be a makeup date.

On Saturday, Jan. 24 from 2-4 p.m. Central Time, Nebraska Game and Parks and the Nebraska Fish and Game Association will host an on-ice event at Omaha’s Flanagan Lake (near boat ramp). 

Limited loaner equipment will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Bait and instruction will be provided. Participants are encouraged to bring their own equipment.

All fishing regulations apply. A lack of safe ice will force the cancellation of this event. Please check back for updates.
