Ponca State Park and members of the Loess Hills Audubon Society welcome participants of all ages and experience levels to participate in the annual citizen science Christmas Bird Count being held at Ponca State Park on Thursday, December 14th.
Ponca State Park’s Christmas Bird Count is part of a nationwide Christmas Bird Count conducted by the National Audubon Society, where data collected is utilized by conservationists and researchers around the world.

Please dress for the weather; and bring a water bottle, binoculars, and bird book. If you do not have binoculars or a bird book, Ponca State Park will loan them to you. All participants will be provided lunch.
A soup lunch will be provided.
