Join us for our annual Carp-O-Rama fishing event just south of North Platte!

The event will take place at Lake Maloney State Recreation Area on Saturday, July 26 at the east boat ramp.

These annual events are a one-day version of fish camp, featuring information on how to catch, clean and cook carp. Novice or expert, the events provide advice on fishing equipment and techniques as well as demonstrations on fish preparation.

The event is free, but a valid state park permit is required for entry.
