Calamus Pumpkin Carvers Event
October 23 @ 9:30 am - 10:00 pm
Come on over to Calamus SRA for some pumpkin fun! The event will include pumpkin carving, games & prizes, downhill pumpkin rolling derby, campsite decorating, haunted houses, trick-or-treating and lighted pumpkin displays.
Due to COVID-19, there will no longer be a potluck lunch, and the campground area will be closed to vehicle traffic.
9:30 a.m. – 4 p.m. — Pumpkin Carving, Center Circle Playground Area. (Remember to cut the hole in the bottom of your pumpkin to be able to sit over light)
1 p.m. – 3 p.m.: Kids games & prizes, downhill pumpkin rolling derby. West side of showerhouse area
3 p.m. — Pumpkin launching from boat dock area (mini pumpkins and gourds provided)
4 p.m. — Pumpkins gathered & put on display in centrally located area (lights provided, campground closed to vehicle traffic due to COVID-19)
5 p.m. – 10 p.m. — Amazing Pumpkin Display, decorated campsite, haunted houses, trick-or-treating
A valid park entry permit is required.
Time outdoors is time well spent
