Learn how to create a miniature duck decoy with experienced, award-winning carvers of the Central Flyway Decoy Collectors and Carvers club!

Instructors will lead you through this step-by-step carving process to complete a miniature redhead duck decoy using tupelo wood. Sessions include lecture, demonstration and hands-on practice using tools of the craft.

Course cost: $50

The course value is $200 and you pay only $50 to participate. This fee is reduced thanks to the program’s partners: Central Flyway Decoy Collectors and Carvers and Nebraska Game and Parks Commission.

Included in the course:
-Approximately 15 hours of skilled training.

-One year free membership in the Central Flyway Decoy Collectors and Carvers Club.

-Several tools of the trade will be provided for you to keep following the course.

-The pre-cut wood blank, eyes, paint and other materials to create the decoy are provided.
