This section is open to students that have previously been enrolled at the team level OR have achieved the listed prerequisites.

Center Shot Archery Academy* Archery 3 students are focused on competing in their chosen sport and taking their abilities to the next level – locally and nationally. Students have amazing opportunities as they travel, meet archers from other teams, and test their skills with various styles of tournaments. Parents/students must fill out an understanding of commitment form. Personal coaching and additional educational opportunities mean that students keep growing in proportion to the work they put in.

Ages 8 and over. Limited to 10 spots. $65/student

Prerequisites:
– Completion of at least one quarter of Archery 2 – JOAD
– Advancement recommendation from student’s current Center Shot Archery Academy Coach
– Demonstrate/name all steps of the NTS Shot Cycle
– Own or be in the process of buying personal equipment

Student Requirements:
– Committed to compete in 10 tournaments
– 5 tournaments not located at the Outdoor Ed Center
– 1 National Tournament
– Membership in:
– USA Archery
– National Field Archery Association (NFAA)
– Purchase of Center Shot Archery Academy jersey
– Agreement to USA Archery Code of Conduct, which includes no cheating, no bad language, and respectful behavior
– Completion of Archer Agreement, which includes understanding of full participation, practice outside of class, long-term absence policy, and performance expectations
