The City Nature Challenge is coming back to Nebraska!
The City Nature Challenge is a global event that encourages people from across the globe to document the wildlife and plants found in and around their cities using the free app iNaturalist. This collaborative effort to document urban biodiversity will take place from April 26- 29, 2024.
Join educators from Nebraska Game and Parks, Hasting’s Museum, and Omaha’s Henry Doorly Zoo to learn how you can get involved in the City Nature Challenge in Nebraska. This short webinar will provide:
- An introduction to the City Nature Challenge
- An overview of how to use iNaturalist
- Tips for taking pictures for ID
