Animals like European starlings, house sparrows and Eurasian Collared-doves might not seem like a big deal, however, they can be if they get out of hand! In this week’s third webinar for National Invasive Species Awareness Week we will be talking all about the invasive wildlife that have established themselves in Nebraska. These animals have had huge impacts on native wildlife. So- how do we get rid of them? And how do we slow their spread?

February 22-26, 2021 is National Invasive Species Awareness Week (NISAW).

To bring light to invasive species in our state the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission and the Nebraska Invasive Species Program are co-hosting a series of short webinars this week.

Each day at 10am CST there will be a new webinar focusing on a different aspect of invasive species.

Each webinar is FREE to attend, but does require pre-registration through ZOOM.
