As of July 1, Game and Parks will begin hosting some educational and naturalist programs on a limited basis. Visitors to offices, interpretive centers, education centers, nature centers and indoor events are temporarily required to wear a face mask. Here’s your chance to experience the Platte River in a canoe. Feel the exhilaration of physical challenge and immerse yourself in the rhythms of Nebraska’s wilderness. Paddling, reading the water and navigation will be part of the trip. Participants are required to have previously canoeing experience.

NGPC’s BOF camp is designed for new and novice campers who are looking to get started camping but need a bit of encouragement. During the weekend families will stay in cozy cabins or a tent (we will provide a tent if you need one) and experience a variety of outdoor fun.
